WINNING MOMENT
Ducks Reach 100-point Mark for Second Consecutive Season
The Ducks reached the 100-point mark in the 81st game of the regular season with a 4-3 victory over the Los Angeles Kings at Staples Center, becoming the first team to appear in the Stanley Cup Final and record at least 100 points the following season since the 2003-04 New Jersey Devils. The Ducks recorded their first-ever 100+ point campaign in 2006-07 going 48-20-14 with 110 points (April 5).
Ducks Finish 2007-08 With Complete Season Sellout
In a 3-2 shootout victory at home, the Ducks completed the 2007-08 campaign by selling out all 40 games held at the 17,174-seat Honda Center (one "home" game played at London's O2 Arena on Sept. 30, 2007), finishing with a 47-27-8 record. The Ducks' season sellout was just the second time a Southern California NHL team had sold out a full (non-lockout) regular season; the other was the 1991-92 Los Angeles Kings at the 16,005-seat Forum (April 6).
