	Sparks First In History To Have Two Players Selected To All-Rookie Team Sparks guards Marta Fernandez and Sidney Spencer were named to the WNBA All-Rookie Team, the first time that two players from a single team have been so honored (September 8).
	Sparks Secure #1 Draft Pick For 2008 During the WNBA Draft Lottery in New York the Sparks won the top pick for the 2008 Draft, the first time in franchise history that the Sparks have had the #1 pick (October 23).
